Free Shipping Policy:

We offer free ground shipping on all items in the 48 Contiguous United States (we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes). Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Canada may be available on some items for an additional fee. Please Contact Us if you have any questions or would like to request a quote. Please check the product page to verify we can ship the item you would like to purchase.

With the exception of Heavy or Oversize items, our items ship using either UPS - United Parcel Service, FedEx - Federal Express, or USPS - United States Postal Service.

Time Sensitive & Expedited Orders:

We may be able to work with our manufacturers to reduce lead time and shipping time for some items (additional fees may apply). If you have a time sensitive order please Contact Us for a quote. It would be our pleasure to assist you in selecting items and making sure your order gets to you in time.

Freight/Truck Shipping for Heavy & Oversize Items:

Heavy and over size items are shipped by motor freight with curbside delivery. Curbside delivery means the freight company is only required to deliver the freight at curbside. If you require other accomodations, please Contact Us for assistance. Additional fees may apply.

Fine Garden & Home Products does not ship Heavy or Overweight items to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada.

Fine Garden & Home Products reserves the right bill the customer for any additional freight services that were not pre-authorized by Fine Garden & Home Products. Fine Garden & Home Products may bill you via your on-file credit card, or by invoice. Additional freight services include, but are not limited to: inside delivery, white glove service, change of delivery address, and missed delivery appointment.

Lead times:

All products sold on Fine Garden & Home Products include a Minimum & Maximum Lead Time. The Lead Time is the time from when your order is processed by Fine Garden & Home Products to the time it ships. Lead Times do not include shipping time, which may be an additional 2 to 7 business days. The lead-time is an average annual estimate and may vary from time to time. Lead time business days do not include holidays.

International Orders:

Please Contact Us if you need to ship an item outside the United States & Canada. Unforunately, due to the complexity of International Orders we are unable to accept returns (unless item is damaged or defective) on orders outside the United States and Canada. International Order returns for damaged or defective items are for exchange only, no refunds. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping and insurance fees. Fine Garden & Home Products does not ship Heavy or Overweight items internationally.
