When you have a return we will issue an email return label with Fed Ex Ground. When you receive the email follow the instructions to print the label(s) and then drop the package off at any Fed Ex location; make sure it is scanned at the drop off location. Please make sure that the item is packaged properly and safely for shipping. All items must be returned in the original packaging they were received in.

If your item arrives damaged or defective please notify us immediately, but no later than 3 days from the delivery date. It is important that this deadline is met in order for us to file a claim with the carrier that caused the damage. You will need to save all packaging materials. Please contact us via email at [email protected] if an item you ordered is damaged or defective.
Please Note: Because of the nature of international orders, once placed they are unable to be canceled or returned.
Custom Built Items:
Custom-built items are made especially for your specific order. As such we are unable to cancel your order once it is sent in. Additionally, there are no returns on custom-built items. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us by email [email protected].
Trade Discount Orders:
