This unique armillary is constructed from galvanized iron or aluminum and features solid brass arrow and feathers. This reproduction is not a working instrument and the rings on the armillary do not move. This armillary is not made to fasten to a table or pedestal. A contractors cement may be used to attach the armillary if desired.
Our armillary spheres are available with faux patina (at no additional charge). Over time, the armillary will begin to gain a look of natural patina as seen above. The founder of Fine Garden & Home Products has been aging this armillary for the past few years at his Orlando Resort. He is selling this armillary so that he can start the process again with a new armillary sphere. This focal point Armillary looks great in the middle of a traditional formal hedge or walkway. Our founder uses it in a tropical informal garden at his resort.
