Our 24-Inch armillary is constructed of either cast iron or aluminum. It is pictured in rust and seal is also available in other finishes. The arrow and feathers are made of solid brass! It looks great on our column pedestal or steel plinth. This reproduction is not a working instrument and the rings on our armillary do not move. This armillary is not made to fasten to a table or pedestal. A contractors cement may be used to attach the armillary if desired.

Our armillary is finished using a dual polymer paint that is formulated for use on all our product materials including galvanized iron. Aluminum or Galvanized Iron is recommended for outdoor installations.
