Our English Conservatory collection features pieces inspired by a variety of design styles from the Victorian, Regency, and Empire periods. The original pieces adorned the sophisticated formal gardens and conservatories of France and England during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Most of our conservatory wirework and ornamental pieces are authentic reproductions that are of the same scale and design as the originals.
The table armillary is constructed from galvanized iron or aluminum and features solid brass arrows and feathers. This reproduction is not a working instrument, and the rings on the armillary do not move. This armillary is not made to fasten to a table or pedestal. A contractor's cement may be used to attach the armillary if desired. Aluminum is recommended for outdoor installations.
Our armillary is finished using a dual polymer paint that is formulated for use on this item.
Other finishes are available for this piece for an additional fee. Finish options can be chosen from the RAL Color Chart or from Benjamin Moore Classics®.
