Shipping and Handling

Free Shipping Policy:

We offer free ground shipping on all items in the 48 Contiguous States unless otherwise denoted. We also offer free return shipping on all non-freight items, see returns and exchanges for details. We do not ship to P. O. Boxes. We ship using the following carriers:

UPS- United Parcel Service FedEx- Federal Express USPS- United States Postal Service

Expedited shipping:

We offer next day, 2 day and 3 day expedited shipping. Please be aware that expedited shipping only expedites the transit time and will not affect the time it leaves from warehouse. If you have a time sensitive order please call us at 888-889-1115 it will be our pleasure to assist you in selecting and making sure your order gets to you in time.

Freight/Truck Shipping for Heavy And Oversize Items:

Heavy and over size items are shipped by motor freight, with curbside delivery. Curbside delivery means the freight company is only required to deliver the freight at curbside unless other arrangements are made with Fine Garden Products in advance.

If the customer requests additional freight services at delivery that was not per-authorized by Fine Garden Products the customer will be responsible for any additional fees billed back by the freight company to Fine Garden Products, 3rd party logistics companies or our suppliers and will be charged accordingly, by credit card on file or invoiced.  Additional services may include but are not limited to inside delivery, white glove service, change of delivery address, missed delivery appointment.

Lead times:Please be aware that when an item states "usually leaves warehouse in ( ) Days", this time estimate does not include days in transit, which may be an additional 2 to 7 business days before arriving. The lead-time is an average annual estimate and may vary from time to time. Lead time business days do not include holidays.

Lead Time Example:

Usually leaves warehouse in 4 days, plus transit time of 6 business days from coast to coast, equals a delivery time of 10 business days.

Because of their nature, international orders (including Bongo orders), are unable to be cancelled or returned once placed.
