Returns are Free:
We will even pay for return shipping on all non-freight items. This includes all items that are shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Returns are Easy:
When you have a return we will issue an email return label with Fed Ex Ground. When you receive the email follow the instructions to print the label(s); you will also have the option to have Fed Ex schedule a pick up at your address or you can drop it off at any Fed Ex location; make sure it is scanned if you drop it off. Please make sure that the item is packaged properly and safely for shipping. All items must be returned in the original packaging they were received in. This does not include any items that ship by common carrier. The above policy(s) does not apply to custom orders of any kind or trade discount orders.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged please notify us within 5 days from delivery date. It is important that this deadline is met in order for us to file a claim with the carrier that caused the damage. You will need to save all packaging materials.

Cancellation and refusal of items:
Cancellations are permitted on all orders until they ship with the exception of orders containing custom built items. After the order ships they are bound to the above return shipping policy. If the order is shipped by common carrier and delivery is refused by the customer or will not set up a delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges both outbound and inbound.
International Orders:
Please Note: Because of the nature of international orders, once placed they are unable to be cancelled or returned.
Custom Built Items:
Custom built items are made especially for your specific order. As such we are unable to cancel your order once it is placed. Additionally, there are no returns on custom built items.
