| The Gateway Recessed Mailbox is handmade in the United states and is constructed of heavy gage brass sheet and bar stock. It is made very well with excellent care with each weld, hinge, and all detail; we take pride in offering only the highest quality workmanship, resulting in a heavy, solid, refined feel. The mailbox is made to be recessed into a homes wall or pedestal at curbside. The finish is not uniform nor is it intended to be. Each box is hand finished and is a unique combination of brass with verdigris blue green highlights.
