Have you ever seen a fountain protruding out of the ground and watch the water disappear into the ground; the reservoir is under ground.
Our fountain basin is designed to be recessed in the ground with the top of the basin at ground level. Cover the top of the basin with gravel, stone, or beach pebbles. It seems that the water is disappearing in the ground but it is recirculated with a pump (pump and tubing are not included). The basin is heavy duty and will support 2000 Lbs. It can be used with many of our fountain heads, bronze and brass statues fountains, concrete fountains and pottery. You can create your own unique fountain.
